We use real smoke; never liquid smoke and our jerky is made without using nitrates, only real sea salt, to help preserve our original beef jerky

We have two store locations in Southeast Michigan – one in Dundee, Michigan just off of US-23 near Cabela’s and one in Luna Pier just off of I-75 North of Toledo, Ohio
